Teresa Irvin recently retired. She has worked with children as a Mental Health Technician and Recreation Aide. She's performed as a vocalist and is a lyricist and poet and nature photographer. Artist John Burgos portrayed her as “The Piscean Poet”.
As a nature photographer she loves scenic road trips, especially "off the beaten path". She enjoys a wide range of nature photography and has been a "Juried Select Featured Artist" at a gallery. She wants her children’s book I Want To Know How To Grow to bring enjoyment and enlightenment to the many diverse parents and children in the world.
She's currently working on a second book, a "Coffee Table Book", a slow process to complete, coming from her journeying and journaling, which she’s not through yet, and looks forwards to the journeys ahead and to share some most stunning nature photos and the thought-provoking, inspirational, humorous and informational poetry created.
